GAMEPLAY:

• 3 Game Guarantee 

• 2 Pool, into single elim bracket

• 75 min, drop dead (pool games)

• 70 min, finish-the-inning (bracket games)

• NFHS rule book + additional LSSC indoor rules

• Games begin on Sunday at 9 a.m.

• Due to limited fields and time slots available, gameplay requests are not guaranteed.  

ROSTERING:

• Official rosters must be entered through your EventConnect dashboard

• Instructions on how to do this will be emailed out closer to the event.  This will need to be completed two weeks prior to the start of your tournament. 

• Guest players + changes allowed until Friday at 12 p.m. CST.

HOUSING:

• This tournament is a stay-to-play event

• All teams located outside of 80 miles from Peoria, must book at least 8 rooms per-night through the EventConnect Housing System. 

• In order to be scheduled in the tournament, housing must be complete 

• If housing has not been started at least one month prior to the start of the tournament, we will be in contact with you about removing your team from the event

Cancellation Policy: This year, if you have registered for the tournament and need to cancel, the only way a refund will be given is if we are able to fill your spot.  If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival, a refund will not be given. 

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT PAYMENT. 

Payment must be a credit card at time of registration. The spot will NOT be held otherwise.
