*Best Health Practices*
In response to recent public health developments, the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex has implemented a set of health practices for our guests to follow during their time with us. This is part of our ongoing effort to “Strikeout Those Bad Habits”. These practices are listed below:
- Assess Your Health!
- Perform daily health self-assessments.
- Maintain Good Hygiene!
- Wash your hands with soap & water or sanitizer.
- 6-FT Social Distancing!
- Maintain & practice good social distancing.
- Mask-Up When Needed!
- Use facial coverings in appropriate areas.
- Keep A Positive Attitude!
- Cool, calm, & courteous. We’re in this together.

General Facility FAQ
*Rules of the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex*
PLEASE PREPARE FOR BAG CHECK AT THE GATES
- No Wagons or Carts in the Complex
- No Wagons or Carts in the Dome
- No Coolers (hard or soft)
- No Sunflower Seeds or Gum
- No Outside Food or Drink
- No Smoking or Tobacco Products
- No Metal Cleats allowed on any field in the Facility
- No Pets Allowed inside the gates
- (Service animals MUST be marked)
- Service animals MUST be harnessed, leashed, or tethered (Unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices).
- Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support DO NOT qualify as “Service Animals” under the Americans with Disabilities Act (see below).
- Partial Emotional Support Animal Disability List (conditions that emotional support animals assist): “Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar/mood disorders, Panic attacks, Stress, PTSD, Personality disorders, Fear/phobias, & Other emotional/psychological conditions.”
- Please make prior arrangements before arriving at the Complex as we do not allow pets/emotional support animals.
- No drinks other than water on indoor turf
- No Firearms permitted on the premises
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE AN INDIVIDUAL THAT IS BEING DISRUPTIVE OR NON-COMPLIANT WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE.
What about Pets?
No Pets Allowed inside the gates (Service animals
MUST be marked) (Emotional support animals are not permitted under any circumstance) – Please make prior arrangements before arriving at the Complex.

What about water?
Water is always permitted through our gates when either bottled or jugged (so long as it is not in a cooler). Additionally, water is available at all of our concession locations.
What about Frogg Toggs?
Frogg Toggs are always permitted through our gates (so long as they are not in a cooler). Clear, plastic bags are acceptable and we are happy to provide you with bags of ice for your Frogg Toggs.

What about wristbands?
All wristbands MUST be applied and worn on a wrist. There are no exceptions. Our wristbands are hypoallergenic and latex-free. Forcibly removed wristbands during events are considered to be void and guests may be asked to purchase a replacement. Wristbands MUST be presented to gate staff for entry into competition area(s).
What about Seating?
The LSSC provides bleacher seating for all indoor and outdoor fields. However, bag chairs are more than welcome and even encouraged for larger events.
What about parking?
The Louisville Slugger Sports Complex has on-site parking available for 1,000 – 1,200 vehicles. All parking is free. However, there is no overnight parking. Please see “ADDITIONAL FAQ” for information on RVs.

Are there cleat restrictions on the turf?
Yes. Molded cleats or turf shoes are required inside and outside.
No metal cleats allowed in entire facility.
Amenity FAQ
How many fields are there?
There are 10 outdoor all 100% synthetic turf fields. Inside our Slugger Dome, there are two fields that are also 100% synthetic turf.
What length are our fields?
Our fields stand at 210′ all the way around (Slugger Dome distances included)
How large is the Slugger Dome?
The Slugger Dome is 125,00 climate-controlled square feet comprised of 2 softball / baseball fields with 20,000 square feet of all-purpose hard surface.

Can I watch Games Online?
Yes! We offer a LIVE & On-Demand streaming service via
sluggerpeoria.tv at the LSSC! You’ll be able to view games for 3 months following play!
Are batting cages available for rent/practice?
Yes! Our inflatable batting cages are, at present, are available for rent/practice.

ADA Accessibility
All of our fields are ADA compatible and accessible.
If you have a specific medical condition that needs attention, please reach out to our complex before your arrival, so that we can do our best to accommodate you.

Can I bring a pop-up tent?
Yes! You certainly can. However, we ask that you refrain from tying your tent to our fencing or netting.
Can I grill out, by my vehicle, during an event?
Unfortunately, no. We cannot have open flames (being started by guests) in our parking lot.
Where Can I Park My RV?
We have LIMITED space for RV parking that is available on a first come, first serve basis. A map of where to park is linked below.
ONSITE RV PARKING LOCATION(S) (LINK)
We do not offer overnight parking for Recreational Vehicles. There are several locations to choose from around the area. Jubilee College State Park (LINK) is just under 20 minutes away, and has ample RV parking.
